Monthly Fees:

For the Basic license, each active QuickBooks company file has a non-prorated $49.00 monthly fee (i.e. 3 active company files = $147.00 monthly fee). This covers unlimited usage of common readers, training, support, and software upgrades. There is minimum of one active QuickBooks company per month.

For the Standard license, there is a non prorated $245.00 monthly fee per license. This includes up to 10 QuickBooks company files. Each additional QuickBooks company file is $79.00 a month. The Standard license covers all benefits of the Basic license and up to 10 customized readers.

*Exclusive ownership for custom readers is available.

Note:
There is a reactivation fee of $495.00 for ScanWriter Basic, if the monthly fee is not paid.
There is a reactivation fee of $1,995.00 for ScanWriter Standard, if the monthly fee is not paid.

Refund Policy (For US only)

You will have 25 uses of the full featured software (NOTE: Importing transactions into QuickBooks is limited to 5 times) before applying the purchased CD Key. You may obtain a full refund of the purchase price if you return ScanWriter within 30 days after purchase and before applying the CD Key. There will be no refund after 30 days of purchase or once the CD Key has been applied.

*REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO MONTHLY PLAN SUBSCRIBERS. MONTHLY PLAN SUBSCRIBERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 24 MONTH CONTRACT AGREEMENT UPON PURCHASE. NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION CAN BE MADE AFTER PURCHASE.

After the secure PayPal checkout, you will be guided into a download page and sent an email containing your CD Key(s). On the download page you will see a link to download ScanWriter and one for Installation Instructions.
