Buying ScanWriter

You can purchase ScanWriter by clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button for each version of ScanWriter or by sending a check to “Personable Inc.”

ScanWriter Workstation Editions for Xero:

License

The Basic license allows the user to launch the application from a local Windows computer system.

The Standard license covers all benefits of the Basic license and up to 10 customized readers.

Monthly Fees

For the Basic license, each active Xero company file has a non-prorated $49.00 monthly fee (i.e. 3 active company files = $147.00 monthly fee).  The monthly fee covers an unlimited usage of common readers, training, support, and software updates. There is minimum of one active Xero company per month.

For the Standard license, there is a non prorated $245.00 monthly fee per license. This includes up to 10 Xero company files. There is minimum of one active Xero company per month. Each additional Xero company file is $79.00 a month.

Note:
Customers may reactivate their ScanWriter account within 1 year from the account close date:
There is a reactivation fee of $495.00 for ScanWriter Basic;
There is a reactivation fee of $1,995.00 for ScanWriter Standard.

Refund Policy (For US only)

You will have 25 uses of the full featured software (NOTE: Importing transactions into Xero is limited to 5 times) before applying the purchased CD Key. You may obtain a full refund of the purchase price if you return ScanWriter within 30 days after purchase and before applying the CD Key. There will be no refund after 30 days of purchase or once the CD Key has been applied.

On processing your payment, we will send an email with a link to download the software if you have purchased the download version.

Checks have a $25.00 processing fee.

Order Fulfillment

Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

For Download Version

After the secure PayPal checkout, you will be guided into a download page and sent an email containing your CD Key(s). On the download page you will see a link to download ScanWriter and one for Installation Instructions.
