1: Will ScanWriter work on Macs?

Yes. There are two ways to use ScanWriter on your Mac Computer.
1. Install Windows through boot camp on recent iMac with Intel processors, or
2. Install Windows in PC Virtualization software (such as VMware Fusion or Parallels)

2: What type of QuickBooks transactions does ScanWriter support?

ScanWriter supports Bills, Checks, Credit Card Charges, Credit Card Credits, Deposits, Estimates, Invoices, Received Payments, Journal Entries, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Receipts, and much more.

3: Will ScanWriter work with my bank?

Yes, we work with all major credit cards and banks. See Software Specs for a list of financial institutions that ScanWriter currently supports.

4: Will ScanWriter support my version of QuickBooks?

ScanWriter supports the following:

QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise 2006-Present

QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Canada
